Class Descriptions

GROUP CLASSES

TBC

Our new 30-Minute Total Body Conditioning Class (TBC) is an explosive workout incorporating elements of strength, core and resistance training with short intermittent cardio bursts. Designed to give you the ultimate challenge, this well-rounded, high intensity circuit style workout is perfect for all fitness levels and is guaranteed to hit every major…and minor muscle group. Utilizing a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, sandbags and more, TBC will definitely leave you satisfied at the end of 30 minutes.

 

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing Classes (KB) are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced and allow you to work at your own pace. Each KB Class will last about 60 minutes and include a dynamic warm up, bag work, strength training and cool down. Here you will learn the same dynamic kick-punch combinations developed by professional competitors.

*5:45am class is modified to fit within 45 min.

 

 
Pad 
Our Pad Classes are devoted to teaching you how to use a variety of pads while working with a partner.  Pad is a prerequisite to our Triple Threat and Advanced Conditioning classes where we utilize  Focus Mitts, Muay Thai Pads, Tombstone and Kick Shields.   Pad will help you develop strength and power, teach defensive techniques, improve footwork and sharpen your kick-punch striking skills through repetition, drills and combinations. Pad is perfect for those who want to train like a fighter without the contact.

 

 

Triple Threat** 
This trifecta of fitness is an innovative workout guaranteed to push you to your limits. The format of Triple Threat (TT) is simple.  Class is split three 20-minute sections; 20-minutes is dedicated to heavy bag work, 20-minutes to pad drills, and 20-minutes to full-body strengthening.   This heart pounding sweat session will push your metabolism into overdrive and will have you burning calories and torching fat all day long.

 *5:45am class is modified to fit within 45 minutes.

**Due to the degree of physical and technical difficulty, it is required that you attend a minimum of (2) pad classes prior to attending this class and working with a partner.   Students attending without the (2) required pad classes will be directed to work on the heavy bag during the pad portions of class.

 

 

Advanced Conditioning** 
Our Advanced Conditioning (AC) class aims to be the most challenging workout CBuS has to offer. Its progression of partner pad drills, strength training exercises and class intensity are designed to push you to your threshold to improve strength, increase speed and agility and build stamina.  

**Due to the degree of physical and technical difficulty, it is required that you attend a minimum of (2) pad classes prior to attending this class and working with a partner.   Students attending without the (2) required pad classes will be directed to work on the heavy bag during the pad portions of class.

 

PRIVATE  TRAINING

One on One Sessions

At CBuS we understand that group classes are not for everyone.  Our private one on one training sessions are the safest and most effective way to help you reach your personal fitness goals.  Our private training sessions are customized to cater to your specific needs and with your individual goals in mind. Whether you want to improve your strength and conditioning, refine your kickboxing and pad skills, or ease your way back into shape our experienced instructors will work along side you to keep you motivated and inspired.

 

 Small Group Training

Interested in a private class for you and a group of your friends? We offer our small group training sessions for 2-4 people. Similar to private training our small group training sessions are designed to cater to your group’s specific goals. Whether you want to take it out on the bag with our signature Kickboxing Bag class or focus on strength and toning, our trainers will provide an energizing workout to meet your groups needs!

 

Special Event Group Training

For groups of 6 or more, our private event training is great for Corporate Team Bonding, Bachelorette & Bachelor Parties, Ladies Night Out, Birthdays… whatever the event our private training is sure to be a HIT!

 

Pre-Season Team Strength & Conditioning Training

Our Team Training program is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized and customized for your team’s specific needs. We understand that no two teams or sports are alike so our workouts are custom built around your team’s particular needs focusing on athletic movements and the fundamental skills of speed, agility and power.
